My last blog discussed the benefits of garlic consumption. Today I would like to discuss another super food that keeps you looking and feeling great. Your skin is a reflection of how you feel on the inside – if you are not feeling well and eating well - your skin will show it. Let’s look at the benefits that soy has to offer.

Soy products have been touted as the “perfect food” and rightly so. Soy shows promise for treating a number of conditions.
